We were pioneers in the use of digital photography, the internet, and other tools such as alamode's Pocket Total and Pocket Apex software products, and the Disto Laser measuring tool. Our goal has always been to have the technologies available to provide our clients with the highest level of professionalism in the timeliest manner.

As of 2008, after more than 30 years of providing residential appraisal services, our firm has made the decision to abandon the residential appraisal market altogether. Many of the practices we fought against over the past several years have now come center stage in the sub-prime mortgage meltdown. We cautioned lenders for years that these loan practices would come back to haunt them and we refused most of this type work in our practice. We've finally made the decision to step away from the residential mortgage market altogether and have shut down our residential appraisal division. Our concentration now is strictly in the areas of commercial appraisal and litigation (expert witness) appraisal.
